Skip to My Lou is one of my favorite blogs that I subscribe to and love to open up my email every morning and see what they are posting about.  Here is a guest post from This Mama Makes Stuff as part of a Summer Series, 30 Days of Fun Crafts, which in case you forget to Skip on over to the blog, I will probably be posting some links on here to remind you!  This t-shirt is just one of the fun crafts you can do this summer to make it a memorable one.  This craft is also a great introduction to beginning crochet.

My Kids Make submitted this post to Craft Gossip, but I didn’t have a chance to post it before Mother’s Day due to becoming a mother for a 3rd time! I love these bracelets, and I have actually made an ‘adult’ version before. My girls would love these, and if I were to receive this as a gift…I would be honored.  My Kids Make also has a video tutorial on there as well!

Gwenny Penny has a great photo journal which  documents a craft she and her daughter completed from a Family Fun magazine craft ( which I also must agree, has some of the best crafts out there for kids!) I love the fact that this project shows how to  ’re-use’ items in your house, and turn them into something beautiful.  These bracelets would be a great project for Earth Day or just a craft get together for children.

What a great idea to spark creativity by having your children create their own “ornament” for a Valentine’s Tree!
