Do you have a little one who loves to color? Why not throw a little learning into their coloring time with this cute printable alphabet coloring book from From ABCs to ACTs.
You can print out the whole set or just the letters you want. Each one has the outlined letters of the sentence for what the image shows as well (A is for Alligator, etc.).
These simple drawings are perfect for helping reinforce letters or just for fun. You could also slip them into plastic sheet protectors for older kids and let them use them to practice their writing.

Kathleen says
E is for egg or edge. Eagle combines ea to make the long e sound. Also i is for igloo or itchy. Ice as in ice cream follows the “bossy” e rule. O is for octopus. Owl uses the ow sound. I taught phonics for years and children have the most difficulty with the short and long vowel sounds in reading. Check out diphthongs and digraphs.
