New Year’s Noisemaker {Book Craft}

I was so excited to find that this Noisemaker craft goes along with a book called The Night Before New Year’s (Reading Railroad) by Natasha Wing.  This is a great tutorial that you can do with a preschooler or kindergarten child. Head on over to Kiboomu for the detailed tutorial!
