Toastie Studio is a blog based in the Netherlands which does not celebrate Halloween.  They do, however, celebrate St. Martins Day which is similar in that children go door to door singing  a song about St. Martin in exchange for candy. Here, she shows you how to make these beautiful lanterns that the children carry while they travel from home to home.
