Catholic families (and those of some other faiths) celebrate All Saints’ Day on Nov. 1 as a time to remember and revere the saints honored by their faith.
It’s a great time to learn about some of the saints who have been so important in the history of the church.
Real Life at Home has produced some printables related to All Saints’ Day, which could also be used at any time of year when talking about the lives of the saints.
A few of these items are free:
but she has also combined these printables with other activities, printable fact sheets and more to produce a full printable activity book that will run you a few dollars (it’s on sale if you buy by Nov. 1). She also has more information on how to teach your kids about the saints that might be useful to you.
Do you teach about the saints as part of your schooling or home life? I’d love to hear about resources that have been helpful for you.
