The Magic Onions has a wonderfully simple and beautiful tutorial for making Silk Dyed Easter Eggs. I have seen this once before, but I feel like the tutorial was more extensive.     In the tutorial, she uses blown eggs, so you can eat the eggs before you do the dying :)
