I somehow have a ton of Mardi Gras beads and am always looking for ways to use them. This is a low-cost and low-prep activity for little kids who are working on their cutting skills.
Living Montessori Now has all the details on this Mardi Gras bead cutting activity. Kids can sort the beads by color or shape, count and cut bead sections of a certain length, and use the bead sections in craft projects throughout the Mardi Gras season and beyond.
The little pieces would make fun hair for peg dolls, necklaces added to dolls or used in collages. So fun!
