This cute printable math activity from Frogs and Fairies helps little ones practice counting and number recognition with a spring theme.
The center of the flower shows the number and students have to find the petals that will complete the flower with pictures of the same number of items.
And the pictures on the petals evoke spring, too, showing a flower, eggs in a nest, ducks and bugs.
This is a really cute, low-prep activity (though laminating the pieces isn’t a bad idea if lots of kids will be playing with it) that’s perfect for a math area in the spring. The full printable cost $4.50 and comes in color and black and white.
