If you have a child that likes to tinker and build things, I highly recommend you use the suggestions shared on The Educators’ Spin On It to create an inventor’s box. Not only is it a fun way to facilitate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) activities, it can be a great boredom buster on those days when the kids can’t get outside or are just looking for something interesting and different to do.
Read through the list of suggested items to put in the box, gather together what you can, and then Build an Inventor’s Box to have on hand to use when the time is right.
