Today is Left Handers Day, and it’s fun to celebrate by learning about being left handed and learning a little bit about what it’s like to be a lefty.
The Left Handers Day website has a list of ideas for creating a left-handed zone in which right-handed people try to do everyday tasks with their left hand, such as stirring a pot, pouring from a jug, drawing a line, using the number pad on a computer keyboard and writing in a spiral notebook.
Also check out this list of trivia related to being left handed, and explore a little bit about why people are left handed.
Do you have any lefties in your life, or are you one? Do you celebrate Left Handers Day? I’d love to hear what you do to celebrate.
