While it may be obvious that this game would be great helping kids learn about colors and making patterns, it can also be used to practice counting. Beyond that, Amy, from The Connection We Share, discovered it was a great activity for her daughter to work on her fine motor skills.
Amy created this printable game thinking kids could lay the colored craft sticks on the pattern on the card or even next to the card. She discovered that her 3 1/2 year old daughter had to concentrate and practice to get the sticks all lined up on the cards. A great workout for the hands and minds!
