I used to love dot markers when my daughter was little. They’re fat, so they are great for little hands, and they’re an easy way to make patterns.
3 Dinosaurs has printable dot marker pattern pages you can get when you subscribe to her page, which you can use with dot markers, teddy bear counters, pom-poms, translucent counters, even buttons if you had them in the right colors.
The pages include instructions on which colors to use in the pattern, but of course you can use what you have and make your own patterns, too. This is such a fun and easy way to get kids thinking about repeating patterns.
Grab the downloads and see how to use them at 3 Dinosaurs.
