Printing out a coloring sheet or a survey for kids to fill out about dad is a quick and easy way to have a semi-homemade gift for Father’s Day. None of these take a long time to do but they make a big impact because they show that the child was thinking about their dad while they were making them.
If you’re looking for a simple coloring page for Father’s Day, which works just fine in place of a card, check out these from Paper Trail Design. There’s also a grandpa option if you are doing a Father’s Day gift for a grandfather.
Views from a Stepstool has this cute dinosaur themed coloring page that also has sections for the child to fill in about things they like to do together. This one has lots of different name options for dads and granddads, so you can personalize it depending on what the child calls them.
Printabulls has a nice collection of free printable coloring pages for dad as well as form style worksheets. There’s even a “dad libs” page, which you can fill out with real answers or make something funny. Or ask dad to fill in the words and see what he comes up with!
Simply Being Mommy has a cute and easy all about dad printable, while Paper Trail Design also has an all about dad or grandpa printable that’s shaped like a tie.
If you want a project that’s a little more involved, try the Father’s Day project from Happy Home Fairy. This one includes the printable mounted to a piece of construction paper with photos of the child. You could also add a drawing, or just use the printout by itself.
