While working on shape recognition with younger kids, what do you use? Do you use workbooks, blocks, or stickers? Jenae, from I Can Teach My Child, went big with her idea for helping her kids sort shapes. She created fast and easy shapes on the floor using masking tape – that is all you need! Make a circle, square, triangle, and rectangle and then challenge the kids to find items of different shapes and put them into the appropriate shapes.
