If your kids want to help with the laundry, why not make them their own clothesline that can double as an easy math activity. This activity will not only help teach math skills, but it will give the child a chance to work on fine motor skills. All you need to make one of these clotheslines is cheap socks, fabric paint, clothespin, markers, and ribbon. Write numbers on socks and also on the clothespins (for older kids, you can write equations).
