There are so many fun ways to play with shadows with kids, but one idea that is sure to stick with them is using their bodies and their shadows as a sundial.
This is a no-prep activity but you do have to remember to do it consistently throughout the day. Just go outside, have your child stand in the same spot and observe what changes through the day.
