It’s going to get really cold here this weekend, so it might be just the time to break out some activities that have to do with ice.
I love this ice nature art idea from KC Edventures. It’s easy to pull together with items you already have at home. Just add a really cold day (and put it near a window so you can observe without going outside).
Once it’s frozen you can hang it up and enjoy a little pretty until it melts.

With summer coming on in the Northern Hemisphere, I feel like we all need some fun activities we can do with one kid at home or a bunch in a classroom when it’s too hot to go outside (I guess you can say the same for if it’s too cold to go out in the Southern Hemisphere, too).
