How about celebrating Earth Day by making a miniature Earth you can actually plant?! This project will have you recycling, making paper, and even planting a garden. Who can ask for more than that?
Steph, from Modern Parents Messy Kids, created these seed-filled pieces of paper with the help of her little ones. Everyone will not only have fun turning scraps of blue and green paper (and flower seeds) into pieces of paper that look like the planet Earth, they will also have fun planting those pieces of paper and watching them grow. If you ask me, I suggest making one without the seeds that you can save and display!
This tutorial will teach you how to make your own Plant-able Paper Earth.
