I love Harry Potter themed everything for the classroom (not just because my daughter’s classroom has a Harry Potter theme this year) and I know she and her classmates would love this HP-inspired multiplication “Quidditch.”
Designed by Living Laughing Learning and available as a free download on Teachers Pay Teachers, the game involves two keepers (or teams of keepers) solving easier problems while two seekers work on harder problems.
The beater judges who solved the problem correctly first, and their team gets 10 points for the easier questions. Whoever solves the harder question gets 150 points and wins the game, just like in Quidditch.
This would be super fun for kids who have learned their multiplication facts and are working on more complicated multiplication.
