Little kids all seem to be really interested in the world around them and how things work. It’s why they ask “why” a thousand times a day.
So preschool age is a great time to introduce science centers that are at their level so they can explore and learn about the world around them.
No Time for Flashcards has a great collection of ideas for preschool science centers for age 3 and up. Kids young and a little older love to play with magnets, weight, sort, make predictions and more. Most of these ideas are pretty easy, don’t take up a lot of space or need a lot of prep, and kids will love using them again and again.
Do you have a favorite science activity for little ones? I’d love to hear about it.
