If there is one thing my 5 year-old has taught me is that she rarely does anything she doesn’t want to. I have to negotiate with her or make her believe it was her decision in the first place. So this led me to thinking about eating plans.
I came across this adorably cute (FREE) printable that allows your child to select what fruit and vegetables they want for each day. There is 2 parts to this printable, the menu sheet above and a full tick-able list for the kids to make their choices. I think this would be a great idea for school lunches too.
