Puzzles that you can cut apart and that have numbers on them so they can be put back together are an easy way to introduce number sequencing to kids.
These printable puzzles from The Craft at Home Family have spring motifs such as a butterfly and a bee. They’re meant to be printed in color but you could probably also print them in black and white and have kids color them before you cut them apart to turn them into a puzzle.
As you work with your kids to put them back together you can talk about how each piece is numbered and the numbers go together to count from 1 to 10.
