When I found this project posted on the Meaningful Mama blog, my first thought was that it would make a fun Mother’s Day gift! The colorful flowers pictured here are made using salt dough that is formed into a flower shape and then personalized with fingerprints. I bet these would be a great hit with moms, grandmas, and any other special ladies you want to make them for. Jodi, from Meaningful Mama, explains that they used the ribbon so they could hang them up, but you could add a ribbon long enough so they could be used as necklaces.
