Sometimes it’s nice to have some quick and easy activities on hand, at home or in the classroom. These St. Patrick’s Day printables include games, scavenger hunts and more with a holiday twist to fill time or do with kids when they’re away from school.
Paper Trail Design has a cute printable St. Patrick’s Day I Spy game, which is in black and white so kids can also color the different items as they find them. Create Simple has another I Spy page that’s meant to be in color if you prefer that, or you can do both!
These color by number sheets from Tot Schooling have different ranges of numbers to give kids practice identifying all the numbers 1-10. So one page uses numbers 1-6, one 3-8 and on 5-10. So smart.
Print, cut out and fold this fun and funny joke teller (aka fortune teller or cootie catcher) for the kiddo who loves to tell jokes. It’s from Bren Did. I think my favorite is: What do you get when you cross a four-leaf clover with poison ivy? A rash of good luck!
Happy Healthy Impactful has a cute and simple scavenger hunt, with clues that lead to places that should be in everyone’s home or apartment. You can pick what prize they find at the end but in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day it should probably be some kind of treasure like chocolate coins.
There’s a seven page activity pack you can download from Hello Creative Family that includes coloring pages, a word search, I spy, a maze, a pattern recognition printable and a build a leprechaun activity.
And Simply Full of Delight has a cute collection of printable St. Patrick’s Day activities, too, from a hat to worksheets, jokes, coloring pages, bingo cards, word scrambles and so much more. There’s something there that everyone will enjoy!
