If you have a collection of yarn bits and pieces lying around, I suggest using some of them to make one or more of these textured hearts. Start out by drawing a large yarn shape on a large piece of paper and cutting piece of yarn. Jamie and her son simply squirted glue into the heart shape and then pressed piece of yarn into it, but you could also pour some glue in a bowl, water it down a little bit, and then dip the piece of yarn in it before you put them in the heart.
