There’s still a lot of winter fun to be had this season in the Northern Hemisphere, if you live somewhere that it snows. This winter unit study from Keeping My Kiddo Busy has a month full of activities all about snow, hibernating animals and retelling winter stories.
All the details are on the blog, and the full set of printables can be found on her Teachers Pay Teachers site for $8. There’s also a freebie related to the story The Mitten on her blog that you can grab if you sign up for her newsletter.
I love this activity about animals that hibernate versus migrate when the weather changes. These activities are great for kindergarten through second grade.
