My daughter is really interesting in solving mysteries and figuring out puzzles, so I’m definitely printing out the code breaking summer riddle worksheets from JDaniel4’s Mom.
The codes — one is ocean themed and another farm themed — use images to stand for different letters. Breaking the code allows them to answer the riddle.
This is a fun little activity when you need to fill up waiting time or as part of a mystery-solving day of activities.

When my daughter was younger she had a ton of LEGO bricks, and I’m honestly a little sad we got rid of most of them because there are so many fun things to do with LEGOs outside of the kits you bought them in.
