Doing escape rooms is a fun way to incorporate review into something active, or you can make an escape room to play for fun at home or at school.
These ideas from Teaching Ideas will give you some easy ways to present clues that you probably already have the materials for. It’s things like writing in white crayon on white paper so they have to paint the paper to find the clue, making a code with Legos, and locking the scissors so kids have to hunt for a key or combination before they can use the scissors.
Check out the post for all the ideas as well as links to some of their pre-made printable escape rooms from Teachers Pay Teachers.

Michaelmas is variously known as the Feast Day of saints Michael, Gabriel and Raphael or the Feast of the Archangels, and it is generally celebrated on September 29 (or November 8 in Eastern Christian calendars). In England it also marks the end of a quarter both financially and academically (if you’ve ever read a book that talks about Michaelmas term, this is what it’s talking about) and historically the end of the farming year, when accounts would be settled.
