Kids love things that explode and/or fly, and these ghost rockets from Mom Brite are a fun Halloween STEM project that does a little bit of both.
Using film canisters (she has a link to buy them in case you don’t have any lying around the house) as the ghost, this is a simple experiment that kids can do with a little help from grownups. Funny expressions on the canisters are just a bonus.
You can have kids predict what will happen, measure how high the ghosts fly and just have fun with a little exploding science.
Head to Mom Brite for all the details on the key ingredient and how the science works.
