Goodbye Stars to End the School Year

June 1, by Sarah White. Leave a Comment

As the school year winds down, students may be reflecting on what they like about their classmates or what they want to tell them about the year that has passed. This goodbye stars activity from Proud to be Primary is a great way to give kids space to put those thoughts, and can stand in for a yearbook if your school doesn’t do those.

The idea is pretty simple: everyone gets a star and everyone writes something on everyone else’s star.

Because this year is weird, Proud to be Primary also has a digital version for distance learners (kids who are at school can make digital versions for the kids who are not in school, and the distance learners can make digital versions for kids who are going in person).

There’s also a star template you can download for in-person students to use.
