Have a Calm Down Corner? These Bottles are the Best!

March 2, by Sarah White. Leave a Comment

calm down bottles for the classroom

My daughter has a calm down jar filled with water, glitter and glitter glue (I think; it’s been years since I made it) that she still loves to use every now and then.

Calm down jars are great for focusing on and calming kids down when they’re having problems.

Play to Learn Preschool has some great ideas for one-ingredient calm-down jars (one ingredient other than water) that are great to make for a kiddo at home or for a calm-down area in the classroom.

I know my daughter would have loved the water beads one (I would like one of those right now for myself, actually).

Have you tried any of these ideas? What are your favorite calm down bottle fillers?
