My son is extremely picky, but I do like him to eat healthy foods. This is a great interactive activity from Fly to my Window to help your kids think about foods that are healthy. Have them use old magazines to cut out pictures of healthy foods they like to eat and then laminate the paper to use as placemats.
It could even be adapted for the classroom when learning about food groups and have the students cut out pictures to create a visual food pyramid.
