This is a fun STEM challenge that isn’t much of a challenge because it comes with a printable that shows you how to do it, but did you know you can make a 3D Christmas tree out of a single piece of paper just by cutting and folding?
The finished product is pretty cool looking, and the cutting bit can be a bit of a challenge, so Mama Smiles actually has two printable versions, one for younger kids and one for those with more scissor skills.
Either way this is a fun little project you can use to decorate the classroom or a kid’s room, and all you need is some green paper (or color your tree yourself) and the free printable from Mama Smiles. And scissors of course!
