I love projects that combine STEM and art and play, and the blogger behind Babble Dabble Do has a new book that features projects of this nature called STEAM Play & Learn.
She shared this fun DIY spin art project from the book on her blog, and I’d love to try this even without a kiddo in the mix.
It starts with adults building simple tops from materials you probably already have in the house. Then add paint, spin and make some cool messy art! Check her blog for the full details and learn more about the book.

When my daughter was younger she had a ton of LEGO bricks, and I’m honestly a little sad we got rid of most of them because there are so many fun things to do with LEGOs outside of the kits you bought them in.
