These cute printable puzzles are great for beginning spellers. They reinforce the concept that every word needs to have a vowel and encourage kids to sound out words to determine how to spell them.
The cards include a picture of a three-letter word (dip, pod, wag, etc.) and a selection of vowels that could fit in the word. Students can use a clip (to build those motor skills!) to select the correct vowel to go into the word.
