Today is Moon Day. This special event celebrates the anniversary of the day that Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed on moon in 1969. In honor of this occasion, why not show your kids how to make a styrofoam moon?
Shaunna, from Fantastic Fun and Learning, explains how her kids made their moons by making craters in the styrofoam circle and then they brushed on a layer of white paint mixed with flour. You can learn how to make a moon using this tutorial from Shaunna.
