Projects that involve natural materials are great to do any time of year, but they’re especially fun if you’re looking for summer camp crafts or things to do with kids while they are home for the summer.
These nature resist tie dye shirts from The Pinterested Parent are super cute and can be a full-day project between going on a nature walk to collect materials, planning designs and actually doing the dyeing.
As she shows in the post you can also do this on paper with liquid watercolors.
Maybe if you use rocks you can then paint the rocks as an additional craft activity the same day?
Check out all the details at The Pinterested Parent.

When my daughter was younger she had a ton of LEGO bricks, and I’m honestly a little sad we got rid of most of them because there are so many fun things to do with LEGOs outside of the kits you bought them in.
