This time of year it seems like we all need projects that are easy and relaxing and calm, so when this project from Art Bar came across my feed I just knew I needed to share it.
These painted bead necklaces are really easy to make for kids of all skill levels. Just paint some beads and cardboard shapes, then use them on necklaces or other projects.
They would be lovely to make as a group art project or for Mother’s Day, too. And painting and stringing are great for developing fine motor skills, too, in addition to making a fun project.
Check the blog for all the details.

Knowing the alphabet is the basis for learning how to read, so it’s important to get it down. Kids need to know the differences between letters, to be able to recognize their shapes and to know what sounds the letters make individually before they can start combining them in words.
