Mother’s Day in the United States is coming up a lot faster than I realized, and doing Mother’s Day themed writing prompts with kids is a great way to get a little writing practice in that can also be a fun gift for moms.
(If your kids are still home, maybe slip a copy onto their desk when they aren’t looking.)
Powerful Mothering has a cute collection of printable Mother’s Day activities, including a survey kids can fill out describing mom and her favorite things, 10 things they love about mom, an acrostic poem and a coloring page.
You can grab the free downloads when you subscribe to her newsletter on Powerful Mothering.
