I ran across this project while I was searching for crafts made using sticks and stones. While this branch weaving project isn’t quite what I had in mind, I fell in love with it as soon as a saw it. Not only because it is a creative way to teach kids how to weave, but also because I did a lot of crocheting this winter and, as a result, I have a ton of yarn scraps. What do you think about this wonderful tutorial shared by Linda on Natural Suburbia.
My brother went through a phase where he was obsessed with maps. He loved to look at maps and he would draw maps of places real and imagined. He even drew maps that followed our route when we’d go to visit our grandparents in another state!
