I’m not entirely sure how it happened, but I am the owner of a rather large collection of jingle bells. I think I have a whole bag of silver ones and a bag of Christmas-colored ones.
So you know I can use all the jingle bell craft and activity ideas I can get.
KC Edventures has all of us overpurchasers covered with 23 craft ideas and STEM activities using bells.
From simple bell and pipe cleaner wreaths (fun as ankle bracelets and wrist bracelets for a holiday dance party, too) to stringing and sensory activities and playing with magnets, there’s a lot of low-prep ideas here that will get those jingle bells jingling.
The jingle bell tree from Play Trains may well be my favorite.
Don’t forget to sing while you play!

Several countries have a day set aside to honor and recognize their inventors, but Nov. 9 is a special one that’s known as Tag der Erfinder in German. It’s celebrated in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and it falls on Nov. 9 because that’s the birthday of Hedy Lamarr.
