Whether your kids are still in school or they’ve headed home for winter break already, this is a fun little activity to have on hand when you need a few minutes.
Download the little skiers from Koroktak, let your kids cut and color them out, then fold the feet and glue to craft stick “skis.” Add toothpicks for ski poles and you’ve got a cute little winter decoration.
I think there could be a STEAM application for these as well. Can you build a ski slope they can slide down? How do you get them to balance on the skis? Or add them to a sensory bin where they can ski around pompom or fake snow slopes?

With summer coming on in the Northern Hemisphere, I feel like we all need some fun activities we can do with one kid at home or a bunch in a classroom when it’s too hot to go outside (I guess you can say the same for if it’s too cold to go out in the Southern Hemisphere, too).
