I wish I would have ran across this idea before last weekend when I had 3 of my grandchildren helping me plant my garden. They were getting a little frustrated trying to carry the watering can because, as my 2-year-old granddaughter kept saying, “It’s dripping grandma!” Even when I didn’t fill their watering cans half full, it seems they were spilling more on the way to the garden than they were getting onto the seeds!

If I would have seen this great idea shared by Mari, from Inspired by Familia, I would have had craft time before we planted the garden and let each of them make their own almost-spill-proof watering can from a jug! If you’re looking to go beyond the dye kits at the store for your Easter eggs this year, I’ve collected 10 fun ways to dye or otherwise decorate your Easter eggs. These are fun STEM and craft experiments for kids and are pretty fun for grownups, too.
